Recess aluminum floor mats are typically made with an aluminum profile frame, usually straight. However, the curved technology requires bending the aluminum profiles first. Wisoar imported a bending machine from Switzerland specifically designed to create curved or circular aluminum profiles. After bending, the profiles can be put into production.

Nevertheless, the curved technology for aluminum alloy entrance mats involves more than just bending the profiles. It also requires manual skill. Wisoar has a dedicated curved technology team that arranges the layout of the bent profiles, ensuring the seams between each aluminum piece align properly, achieving overall uniformity.
